We Waffle on Wednesdays

In the mood for some light & fluffy waffles?  Give these a try!  Sooo good!

Greek Yogurt Waffles
Adapted from lecremedelacrumb.com

2 eggs
1 3/4 half & half
1/2 c. plain Greek yogurt
1 T. sugar
2 cups flour
1 T. + 2 t. baking powder
1/4 t. salt

Preheat waffle maker.  In a medium bowl, whisk together, eggs, half & half, greek yogurt and sugar.  Add flour, baking powder and salt and mix until all ingredients are combined.  Grease waffle maker and cook according to manufacturer’s instructions.  Serve with butter, syrup, berries, whipped cream or powdered sugar.
