You Saw It Here Last

Easy Cheese Bomb Bread, Garlic Herb Cheese Bombs, Easy Garlic Cheese Bombs – you’ve seen them on Pinterest and possibly already made them.  But, if you haven’t – I suggest you do!  Yum-wowza!

Since making that pizza bread earlier in the week, I’ve been on a breadfest.  My oldest said, “We’ve had bread every day for a week!  Cheese, bread, butter, can’t go wrong with that!”  And she’s got that right!!  If you enjoy bread and cheese, you’ll love these!

These were the last of the bread concoctions I made recently and they really are to die for.  You can, of course find them online, but here’s my simplified recipe.

Bomb-Diggity Bread (yes, I just made that up)

1 can (8 biscuits) Grands biscuits (I used Homestyle Southern Style)
4 oz. part skim mozzarella cheese
1/2 stick salted butter (I NEVER use unsalted butter in anything EVER)
Garlic salt to taste
2 T. parsley
Parmesan cheese (optional)

Cut the 4 oz. of cheese into 8 cubes and fold biscuits around the cheese cubes.  Coat baking sheet with cooking spray and place biscuits seam side down (I placed mine on parchment paper since cheese makes such a mess, but none oozed out).  Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

While biscuits are baking, add butter, garlic salt and parsley to bowl.  Place in microwave and cook until butter is melted.  When biscuits are done, brush each with butter mixture.  Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, if you’d like.
